Lisa Sinclair

Lisa Sinclair received her B.A. from the University of Winnipeg in 1993, and her Ph.D. from the University of Waterloo in 1998. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Michigan in 1999, after which she joined the faculty at the University of Winnipeg.

Professor Sinclair has research interests in social cognition, motivated reasoning, stereotyping and prejudice, and self-processes. In addition to publishing on these topics, she has served as Chair of the Canadian Psychological Association Social and Personality Section.
